Eww. Creepy. Some schools and even workplaces are way too strict on what girls/ women can wear. I've seen so many girls/ women with large breasts complaining that principals/ HR have said their tight tops are inappropriate...when you've above a C cup, all tops are tight!

However, I do think the eighth grader in just a bra was a little much. School/ work is more of a professional environment than the pool.
