I think it's amazing that your son came to you for help. It takes so much strength to do that. Clearly, he feels safe and loved and you've created that enviornment for him. Please don't feel guilty for having the money to pay for his treatment - it sounds like you went through hell to have that money in the bank. Perhaps it was meant to happen. We all hope we will be able to help our children in anyway they need and you have been able to do that emotionally and financially.
