Maybe your daughters will read your poems/ writing someday. I hope they do, I hope they see your gift. I can't relate to being the mother of an adult but I can relate to not always cutting my mom enough slack. I've been encouraging her lately to take up some new hobbies. I don't think she can, she's still so wrapped up in being a wife, mother, and now grandmother. Sometimes I wonder if she's lost herself and if I'm partly to blame.
