That's exactly it. There is so much shaming that goes on in the world. Trans is the trend right now so it would be awful to shame them but as you said, cosmetic surgery shaming, obesity shaming, slut shaming - that's all fine, apparently. Not only is that kind of shaming fine but it's also promoted on social media.
