What about attempting plastic surgery?

Obviously, this is not going to stand a great deal of scrutiny. You should not attempt to gown and glove up at the local hospital and remove someone’s duodenum, especially if you don’t even know what or where a duodenum is. Printing a diploma does not make you a real doctor. Just saying.

What about attempting plastic surgery? You could get away with that one. People always walk out looking more deformed than when they walked in.
